We process the minimum data needed to provide the Service. In examples shown on the site, player names, coordinates and kingdoms are anonymized/faked. We do not sell your data.

1. Data Controller

LordsRally is responsible for processing your personal data. Use the homepage contact channels for requests.

2. Data We Collect

  • Contact: name, email, phone/WhatsApp.
  • Payment: amount, method, status (card/crypto details stay with the provider).
  • Usage: commands, language, group/session IDs, timestamps.
  • Bot message logs: type, time, content (section 3).
  • Technical: IP, device/browser, cookies.

3. Message Logging & Anonymization

Bot notifications are logged for quality and improvement. Data shown on the site is anonymized or fully fictional so as not to expose real customer intel; player names, coordinates and kingdoms are hidden.

4. Purposes of Processing

  • Service delivery, activation, renewal.
  • Payment and order management.
  • Support and communication.
  • Security and abuse prevention.
  • Analytics and improvement.
  • Legal obligations.

5. Legal Basis (KVKK/GDPR)

Data is processed under contract performance, legitimate interest, consent and legal obligation (GDPR Art.6 / KVKK Art.5-6).

6. Retention

  • Bot message logs: up to 6 months.
  • Order/payment: for statutory periods.
  • Support records: as long as necessary.

7. Cookies

Cookies/local storage may be used for operation, language and basic analytics. You can manage these in your browser. Visit statistics are collected without cookies: your IP address is not stored; an anonymous value is derived from your IP and browser with a key that changes every day, so visits are not linked across days. The one exception: when you arrive through a reseller link, a 10-minute marker cookie is used so that the click is counted once. Raw records are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals are kept.

8. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your data for marketing.

  • Payment providers (Stripe, crypto networks).
  • Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram).
  • Authorized resellers (for your order/contact).
  • Hosting/infrastructure providers.
  • Authorities where legally required.

9. International Transfers

Servers may be in different countries; transfers are made with appropriate safeguards.

10. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK Art.11)

You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, portability and to withdraw consent. Requests are handled within a reasonable time after identity verification.

11. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied; no transmission is 100% secure.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at minors; any child data found is deleted.
